When reporting a problem, please include the following information:

·      Which program release you are running (see About under the Help menu for the version number, for example, 3.06).

·      Your system configuration (version of Windows, printer model, display settings, latest programs installed or running)

·      A description of how to reproduce the problem.

·      A sample file that exhibits the problem or a screenshot of any error messages.

The more information you give the technical support team, the faster they can help you with your problem.
